Road/walking track survey & design

Given increased company and individual responsibilities with regard to the Resource Management Act, the surveying of forest roads and proposed walking track access routes is now seen as an added value process that can significantly reduce the adverse environmental impact of earthworks, while providing valuable information for pricing and planning.

The use of Roadeng V 5.165 © CAD software coupled with data collection via an Impulse laser profiler allows Logic FSL to quickly and accurately provide a roading solution for the most demanding of access conditions. Batter pegging of cut depths allows operators to begin a road/track at any point, confident that they will be able to achieve required specifications and that the road/track will meet customers expectations.
