Safety practices and systems are always improving. We have an in-house health and safety specialist who can guide you through safety systems and ensure everyone is operating to high health and safety standards.
As a responsible member of the forestry industry, we’re dedicated members of the Eastland Wood Council, promoting and supporting best practice health and safety standards.
We were proud in 2021 to be the pilot programme for management company Safetree Certification.
In June 2026, we became one of New Zealand's first recipients of Safetree Forest Manager Certification, following five years of involvement in the pilot programme. The certification recognises our commitment to continuously improving health and safety across the forests we manage.
